These Terms of Service apply to the Voice Art website, AI voice-generation platform, and related services. Accessing or using the service means that you agree to them.

Accounts and Eligibility

Some features require registration. You agree to submit accurate and complete information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe access is unauthorized.

The Service

Voice Art provides AI-powered voice tools and related creator-audio workflows. Available features, models, service availability, and limits may change over time.

Uses That Are Not Allowed

You may not use Voice Art to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Create or distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Misrepresent generated material in a way that enables fraud or deception.
  • Probe, interrupt, evade, or bypass platform security controls.
  • Resell, scrape, or automate unauthorized access to the service.

Content and Ownership

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you keep the rights you hold in lawful prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. Voice Art or its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, models, brand, and documentation.

To operate the service, you grant Voice Art a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving it. This license does not remove your responsibility to have the permissions needed for submitted material.

Charges, Credits, and Renewals

  • When you purchase credits or a subscription, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  • Credit consumption depends on the model or workflow. Credits are non-transferable unless required by law.
